I also keep Flax seed meal ( also called milled flax seed ) and put it in everything from pancakes to banana bread and cookies and the kids never know it's there !It's got crazy omega 3 oils and 4 grams of fiber per 2 tblsp . That's not even the best part ! It has a great nutty flavor and 3 tblsp can replace 1 tblsp of oil. Also 1 tbsp + 3 tbsp water can replace an egg !
